☀️在炎熱的天氣下,特別喜歡吃一些?東南亞的料理去開胃。為大家介紹??「越南豬肉串燒」,?在家輕輕鬆鬆就可以吃到燒烤。製作簡單又容易,配上濱海、檬粉又或是米糕同樣出色?,適合大小場合,比方說派對小食、開胃菜、送酒料理都大讚??。(食譜如下,謝謝??)


「越南豬肉串燒」

材料:-
豬絞肉.............300g
香茅枝(略拍)....10枝

調味材料:-
魚露.................1湯匙
蜜糖.................1湯匙
蒜蓉.................1湯匙
乾蔥蓉.............1湯匙
蠔油.................1茶匙
木薯粉.............1/2湯匙
黑胡椒碎.........1/2茶匙

做法:-
1. 把所有調味材料與豬絞肉混合拌勻,攪至起膠,然後放入雪櫃冷藏1小時。接著把已醃味之豬肉包裹著香芧枝。
2. 把燒烤盤安裝在Récolte Home BBQ煱之底座上,把溫度調校至(3)的位置,待預熱後,掃少許油於燒烤盤上,然後將豬肉串平均地放置於燒烤盤上,以(2-3)之間的溫度直接烤熟便可。
